NAVNEET TOPTECH is the sole owner of TopScorer.com portal and content. Usage by the subscriber / user is on right to use basis only. The Company reserves all rights of administration of the portal and the content. The license is a single user license for self-learning and does not permit commercial exploitation by the user. User indemnifies the company of all losses due to his / her acts. Though the portal is designed for academic progress of the student; the company does not guarantee any success. User will use the portal at his/her discretion. The Company may restrict or terminate the usage of portal at its sole discretion. Ideally the portal will be functional between 5PM and 8AM on week days and entire day on Sunday plus national holiday. All the personal and usage data shared by the user is sole property of the Company. User authorizes Company to use the data for its analysis, product enhancement and marketing purpose.

By switching to offline mode following features will not work in offline :-

Badges & Points will not be rewarded for offline activities.
Advance Analytics feature will not be shown after test completion.
Practice test and Final test will not be available for offline mode.

By agreeing to use terms and conditions, you are acknowledging certain things which you should not perform as :-

Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of downloaded materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner, committing any act that amounts to the infringement of intellectual property or making available any material that infringes any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of anyone else.
Making use of downloaded content or material that You do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, unless You own or control the rights there to or have received all necessary consents for such use of the content.
Try to access or use of the downloaded TopScorer Application data in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the TopScorer Application servers or the networks connected to any of the servers on which the Application is hosted.
Intentionally or unintentionally interfere with or disrupt the services or violate any applicable laws related to the access to or use of the Application, violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of content downloaded from TopScorer Application, or engage in any activity prohibited by these Terms.
Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the TopScorer Application, systems resources, or gain unauthorized access to user accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the TopScorer Application or linked sites.
Any violation of the terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your Accounts apart from any legal remedy that the Company can avail. In such instances, the Company may also disclose Your Account Information if required by any Governmental or legal authority. You understand that the violation of these Terms could also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws
